’97 Shanghai Fourth Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Regular Meeting Recently, the meeting was chaired by Wu Chenglian, deputy director of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, and Deputy Director of the Municipal Foreign Investment Commission. Municipal People’s Government Deputy Secretary-General, Municipal Foreign Economic and Trade Committee Comrade Zhu Xiaoming and Comrade Zhou Hongli, deputy director of the Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Commission made an important speech.
