2016年10月13日第二十七届长城国际心脏病学会议在北京国家会议中心召开,华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院卢永昕教授对急性心力衰竭的治疗原则进行报告,其表示,对急性心力衰竭的管理过程可以分为3个阶段,即紧急期、立即期、追踪期。紧急期包括院外和急诊阶段,指患者发病30 min~1 h的过程,治疗任务包括纠正血流动力学紊乱,改善器官灌注;恢复氧合能力;减轻症状;减少心脏和肾脏损伤;预防血栓栓塞;缩短ICU时间。立即期指患者发病1~2 h和住院期间的治疗,针对病因进行治疗,例如急性冠脉综合
October 13, 2016 The 27th Great Wall International Cardiology Symposium was held in Beijing National Convention Center. Professor Lu Yongxin from Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology reported the treatment principle of acute heart failure.
