自拟增液溶液对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响

The effect of Zengye solution(made for traditional Chinese herbal medicane) on the mesenteric microvessels and microlymphatics in rat was investigated under video microscopic observation. The results showed that Zengye solution can directly dilated the mesenteric microvessels and microlymphatics( P < 0.05 ~ 0.01 ) and inhibit the contractile on vessels effect of Norepinephrine( P < 0.05 ~ 0.01 ). The above results suggest that Zengye solution can markedly improve microcirculation, increase the microcirculatory perfusion and ameliorate abnormal construction of microvessels.
