The Party Committee of Baotou Mining Machinery Factory seriously organized cadres and workers to carry out socialist market economic theory study and big discussion activities to emancipate the mind and change their concepts as breakthroughs. They paid close attention to various management and product quality, and built up the whole plant in order to increase losses and increase profitability. Three major discussions have been held. The mental outlook of cadres and employees and the management and management status of enterprises have undergone major changes, and they have taken a new stage for future work.
