cAMP有控制细胞生长的重要作用,哺乳动物细胞的生长率与细胞内cAMP浓度成反比,体外转化细胞较相应的正常细胞的cAMP 浓度为低,提示增高细胞内cAMP 浓度可能抑制细胞的生长。
cAMP has an important role in controlling cell growth. The growth rate of mammalian cells is inversely proportional to the concentration of intracellular cAMP. The cAMP concentration of cAMP in vitro is lower than that of corresponding normal cells, suggesting that increasing intracellular cAMP concentration may inhibit cell growth.
