如何协调铁路运输多种经营与主业之间的关系是铁路运输管理体制改革中重要的理论问题和实践问题。文章在分析多种经营与主业关系演变过程的基础上,提出了铁路运输一体化管理模式的基本框架。
How to coordinate the relationship between diversified operation and main business of railway transportation is an important theoretical and practical issue in the reform of railway transportation management system. Based on the analysis of the evolvement of the relationship between multiple operations and the main business, the article puts forward the basic framework of integrated railway transportation management.
