目的探讨鼻内镜下行钬激光泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的效果。方法慢性泪囊炎患者60例(60眼)平分为两组-治疗组与对照组各20例,治疗组患者采用鼻内镜下行钬激光泪囊鼻腔造孔术,对照组患者采用常规经鼻外泪囊鼻腔吻合术。结果经过治疗后,治疗组30例患者显效18例,有效10例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组组30例患者显效15例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率为66.7%。治疗组的临床疗效明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。同时治疗组的术中出血量、手术时间、住院天数都明显短于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜下行钬激光泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎疗效好,同时可减少术中出血量、手术时间和住院天数,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of nasal endoscopic holmium laser dacryocystorhinostomy on chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Sixty patients (60 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis were equally divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group underwent endoscopic nasal laser dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional nasal Dacryocystorhinostomy. Results After treatment, 30 patients in the treatment group were markedly effective in 18 cases, effective in 10 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.3%; control group of 30 patients markedly effective in 15 cases, effective in 5 cases, ineffective in 10 cases, the total effective rate 66.7%. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). At the same time, the intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospitalization days in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic holmium laser dacryocystorhinostomy for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis has a good curative effect, meanwhile reducing the intraoperative blood loss, operation time and hospitalization days, it is worth to popularize and apply.
