梅英(1977-)女,满族,云南临沧人,教育学博士,教授,现任临沧师范高等专科学校科技处处长、学报副主编、社科联副主席。1998年毕业于云南师范大学计科系,获工学学士学位;2004年毕业于云南师范大学,获教育学硕士学位;2008年破格评聘副教授;2012年毕业于西南大学,获教育学博士学位;2013年评聘为教授。梅英教授从教16年来,教学、管理业绩突出,多次受省、市表彰,曾获“云南省大中专就业先进工作者”、“开放教育毕业论文优秀指导教师”、“临沧市思想道德教育先进教师”、“优秀班主任”、“先进工作者”、“优秀共产党员”、“先进科研工作者”、“科普工作先进个人”、“优秀社科工作者”等光荣称号,是学校首批中青年骨干教师、学术委员会委员、中评委委员。
