目的探讨Ezrin和Inos在喉癌组织中的表达及其相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学技术检测Ezrin和Inos在40例喉鳞癌组织的癌中心区、癌旁组织(距肿瘤边缘≥1 cm)中的表达,并以20例非喉癌患者喉部正常黏膜组织中的表达作对照。结果 (1)喉癌组织中Ezrin和Inos的表达量均明显高于癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.05),而癌旁组织与正常喉黏膜组织的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)Ezrin和Inos的表达与喉癌组织中的淋巴结转移、临床分期和病理分级相关(P<0.05),与临床分型、肿瘤大小、吸烟量、年龄和性别无相关性(P>0.05)。(3)喉癌组织中Ezrin表达水平与Inos表达水平呈正相关(r=0.9679,P<0.05)。结论 Ezrin和Inos的过度表达与喉鳞癌的发生、发展和转移有密切关系,检测Ezrin和Inos的表达可作为判断喉鳞癌预后的新指标。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of Ezrin and Inos in laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Ezrin and Inos in 40 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues (≥1 cm away from tumor margin). Results (1) The expressions of Ezrin and Inos in laryngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa (P <0.05), while the expressions of Ezrin and Inos in laryngeal carcinoma tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa tissues had no significant difference (P > 0.05). (2) The expression of Ezrin and Inos was correlated with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and pathological grade in laryngeal carcinoma (P <0.05), but not with clinical classification, tumor size, smoking amount, age and gender ). (3) The expression of Ezrin in laryngeal carcinoma was positively correlated with the expression of Inos (r = 0.9679, P <0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of Ezrin and Inos is closely related to the occurrence, development and metastasis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Detecting the expression of Ezrin and Inos can be used as a new index to judge the prognosis of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.
