目的:分析2006～2010年包河区儿童保健年报各项数据及存在问题,探讨今后工作重点。方法:选取2006～2010年年报中各种服务率,进行前后比较分析,观察各种率的升降变化。结果:新生儿访视率、7岁以下儿童管理率、3岁以下儿童系统管理率维持在较稳定的水平;纯母乳喂养率呈现下降趋势;5岁以下儿童死亡率下降。结论:包河区儿童保健整体水平在稳步上升,但新的问题逐渐显现。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the data and existing problems of Baohe district health care annual report from 2006 to 2010, and to discuss the key points of future work. Methods: Various service rates in annual reports from 2006 to 2010 were selected and compared before and after, and the changes of various rates were observed. Results: The rate of neonatal visits, the rate of children under 7 years of age and the rate of children under 3 were maintained at a relatively stable level. The rate of exclusive breastfeeding showed a downward trend and the rate of children under 5 years of age decreased. Conclusion: The overall level of child health care in Baohe District is steadily rising, but new problems are gradually emerging.
