今年“3·15”国际消费者权益保护日的主题为“消费与服务”。其中的服务主要包括三个含义:一是服务广大消费者;二是服务经济发展;三是服务社会和谐。电信业发展的根本目的,就是服务经济发展、服务民生改善、服务社会和谐。随着3G业务的全面展开和三网融合的逐步推进,我国电信业已进入新的发展阶段。在新形势下,进一步提高电信服务质量,更好地保护消费者的权益成为业界关注的新问题。
This year “3.15 ” International Consumer Protection Day theme is “consumer and service ”. The service includes three main implications: First, to serve the vast number of consumers; Second, service economy development; Third, to serve the community harmony. The fundamental purpose of the development of the telecommunications industry is to serve the economic development, improve people’s livelihood and serve the social harmony. With the full launch of 3G services and the gradual promotion of triple play, China’s telecommunications industry has entered a new stage of development. Under the new situation, it is a new issue that the industry is concerned to further improve the quality of telecommunication services and protect the rights and interests of consumers better.
