目的探讨噪声作业对人体血浆应激蛋白抗体(HSP60)和心脏功能的影响。方法选择某船厂噪声环境下作业的156名工人作为调查对象,根据噪声作业级别分为3组:A组为安全作业+轻度危害,52例;B组为中度危害,53例;C组为高度危害,51例。检测其血浆HSP60抗体,并进行相关分析。结果心功能指标SV在A、B、C三组间比较,差异有统计学意义(F=35.63,P<0.05)。噪声作业工人HSP60抗体阳性18例,阳性率为11.54%。A组HSP60抗体阳性1例,阳性率为1.92%,B组HSP60抗体阳性8例,阳性率为15.09%,C组HSP60抗体阳性9例,阳性率为17.65%,三组阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.23,P<0.05);A组心功能异常者5例,B组心功能异常者28例,C组心功能异常者37例,三组心功能异常率比较,差异亦有统计学意义(χ2=43.27,P<0.05)。结论心功能异常、HSP抗体阳性与噪声暴露水平有关,HSP抗体可能参与了噪声作业工人心功能异常的发生过程。
Objective To investigate the effects of noise on human plasma stress protein antibody (HSP60) and cardiac function. Methods A total of 156 workers in a shipyard under noisy environment were selected as survey subjects and divided into three groups according to the noise operation level: group A was safety operation + mild hazard in 52 cases; group B was moderate hazard in 53 cases; group C To a high degree of harm, 51 cases. The plasma HSP60 antibody was detected and correlated. Results The cardiac function index SV was significantly different between A, B and C groups (F = 35.63, P <0.05). Noise workers HSP60 antibody positive in 18 cases, the positive rate was 11.54%. A group of HSP60 antibody positive in 1 case, the positive rate was 1.92%, B group HSP60 antibody positive in 8 cases, the positive rate was 15.09%, C group HSP60 antibody positive in 9 cases, the positive rate was 17.65%, the positive rate of the three groups, the difference was (Χ2 = 7.23, P <0.05). There were 5 cases with abnormal cardiac function in group A, 28 cases with abnormal cardiac function in group B and 37 cases with abnormal cardiac function in group C. The difference in cardiac function between the three groups was also significant There was statistical significance (χ2 = 43.27, P <0.05). Conclusions The abnormal cardiac function and HSP antibody positive are related to the level of noise exposure. HSP antibody may be involved in the abnormal cardiac function of noise workers.
