近些年来,政府与公民关系是我国行政学研究的重要主题之一。在政府与公民关系研究中,有以下特点:一是理论研究视角的多样性,主要体现在从行政文化、和谐社会构建、信息公开、行政机构改革、社会发展变迁以及公共危机等角度的展开;二是研究内容的多层性,主要探讨了政府与公民关系的多种类型。由于现有的研究还存在着不足,需要从以下几个方面进行改进,即厘定政府与公民关系中的核心概念;探析政府与公民关系发展的动力;把握政府与公民关系发展的趋势。
In recent years, the relationship between government and citizens is one of the important topics in the study of administration in our country. The study on the relationship between government and citizen has the following characteristics: First, the diversity of perspectives of theoretical research is mainly manifested in the aspects of administrative culture, construction of harmonious society, information disclosure, reform of administrative institutions, changes in social development and public crisis. The second is the study of the multi-layered content, mainly discusses the many types of government and citizen relations. Due to the shortcomings of the existing research, it is necessary to improve from the following aspects: to determine the core concept in the relationship between government and citizen; to explore the impetus of the development of the relationship between government and citizen; and to grasp the trend of the development of the relationship between government and citizen.
