我院近年用三氮唑核苷治疗手足口病患儿31例,效果良好,现报告如下。一、病例资料 31例中,男18例,女13例。年龄1～3岁者25例,4～5岁者6例。患儿均有发热(37.5～38.5℃),手、足皮疹,口腔粘膜水疱和溃疡。3例伴有腹泻。1例伴有呕吐。5例血白细胞数增高(12～15×10~9/L)。2例中性粒细胞偏高。25例淋巴细胞偏高。限于条件,未能做疱疹液的病毒学检查。二、治疗和结果 31例均用三氮唑核苷治疗,
