目的综述羧甲基壳聚糖(carboxymethyl chitosan,CMCS)的性质及其在药物载体方面的应用研究进展。方法对近年来国内外羧甲基壳聚糖作为药物载体的研究进行总结和分析,介绍羧甲基壳聚糖在药物载体研究中的应用。结果与结论羧甲基壳聚糖理化性质优良,具有良好的生物相容性,作为药物载体材料可以达到缓释、控释以及靶向给药的目的。羧甲基壳聚糖为新一代药物载体的研发提供了方向,应用前景广阔。
Objective To summarize the properties of carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) and its application in drug delivery. Methods In recent years, carboxymethyl chitosan as a drug carrier at home and abroad to summarize and analyze the application of carboxymethyl chitosan in the study of drug carriers. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Carboxymethyl chitosan has good physicochemical properties and good biocompatibility. It can be used as drug carrier material for sustained release, controlled release and targeted administration. Carboxymethyl chitosan provides a direction for the research and development of a new generation of drug carriers, with broad application prospects.
