为选择高梯度磁选机的试验条件,本文介绍了改进高梯度磁选机的戴维斯管的使用和数字模拟技术。证明了以赖斯特(Nesset)和芬奇(Finch)的负荷数原理为基础的回收率模型,在条件变化很大的情况下,也能准确的预测。根据该模型选择高梯度磁选机的操作条件,以及通过戴维斯管的改进考察其使用效果,能更有效地利用工业高梯度磁选机。
In order to select the experimental conditions of high gradient magnetic separator, this paper introduces the use of Davis tube and digital simulation technology for improving high gradient magnetic separator. The recovery model, based on the Nesset and Finch load numbers principle, is proved to be accurate predictive even under conditions that vary greatly. According to this model, the operation conditions of the high gradient magnetic separator are selected, and the effect of using the improved Davis tube is examined to utilize the industrial high gradient magnetic separator more effectively.
