在福清核电厂2号机组执行TP2COC56即LNA系统失电期间,发现RPB200JA、RPB201JA断路器意外断开,根据规程,在LNA失电后应该只有本通道(即CHANNEL IP)的断路器(RPA100JA、RPA101JA)由于失压线圈断电而跳开,且RPB200JA、RPB201JA为跨列跨通道分闸,非RPR逻辑及保护功能预期动作,故为意外故障分闸。经过多方的原因分析,最后确定了是由于RPN系统的继电器在失电时触点释放不一致导致。本文论述了原因分析及验证过程,并提出了在核电厂运行期间对该问题的维护方案。
During the power failure of TP2COC56 or LNA system at Unit 2 of Fuqing NPP, RPB200JA and RPB201JA circuit breakers were unexpectedly disconnected. According to the procedures, there should be only circuit breakers of this channel (ie CHANNEL IP) (RPA100JA, RPA101JA ) Because the voltage-loss coil is powered off and jumps open, and RPB200JA and RPB201JA open the gate across the cross-channel, non-RPR logic and protection function are expected to operate, so the unexpected fault opens. After a multi-factor analysis, the final result is due to RPN system relay contacts in the loss of power caused by inconsistencies. This article discusses the causes of the analysis and verification process, and proposed during the operation of nuclear power plant on the maintenance of the program.
