随着栽培形式的变化,日本甜椒的开花、结实多是对在不良环境条件下进行。甜椒的栽培适温为白天28℃.夜间最低为17℃。地温20—23℃。但在关东地区栽培甜椒,定植苗多在2月下旬至3月上旬进行,常遇到低温,或者为促进低温期的生育,白天要进行高温管理。这样不良的环境条件是助长畸形果和落果的因素,所以在夜间保温,白天控制适当温度是很重要的。当然,落果和畸形果的发生,不仅仅是由于环境条件,而且还有生理的因素。
