目的 检测子宫内膜癌、增生过长子宫内膜及正常子宫内膜组织中一氧化氮(NO)的浓度及一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的活性,探讨NO及NOS与子宫内膜癌之间的关系。方法 对25例子宫内膜癌患者进行NO、NOS测定并与对照组、正常组进行比较。结果 子宫内膜癌组织中NO浓度及NOS活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且随分化程度的降低,NOS活性增强(P<0.001),与恶性程度呈正相关。结论 NO浓度增高及NOS活性增强可能参与了子宫内膜癌发生及生长过程,与分化程度有关。子宫内膜癌组织中NOS活性增强是NO增多的重要原因之一。
Objective To detect the concentrations of nitric oxide (NO) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in endometrial carcinoma, hyperproliferative endometrium and normal endometrium, and to explore the relationship between NO and NOS and endometrial carcinoma Relationship between. Results The concentration of NO and the activity of NOS in endometrial carcinoma were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The increase of NO concentration and the increase of NOS activity may be involved in the occurrence and growth of endometrial carcinoma, which is related to the degree of differentiation. NOS activity in endometrial cancer tissue is an important reason for the increase of NO.
