齿轮乃是现代机床为可靠地进行动力传递时的必备零件。成本及可利用性使高强度材料的应用受到限制。因此,设计人员的目的在于提高低强度材料的使用寿命,这是经济的。改善齿面光洁度和采用追逐齿(hunting tooth)轮副将能提高齿轮的使用寿命。本文揭示了轮齿疲劳磨损机理和提供了有价值的摩擦学资料。
Gears are essential parts of modern machine tools for reliable power transmission. Cost and availability limit the use of high-strength materials. Therefore, the designer’s goal is to improve the service life of low-strength materials, which is economical. Improving gear finish and using the hunting tooth wheelset will improve gear life. This article reveals the fatigue wear mechanism of tooth and provides valuable tribological data.
