社会主义文化大发展大繁荣是当今社会的关键问题,只要全民的文化发展繁荣起来就会使社会主义各项事业蒸蒸日上。因此我们要建立文化人才队伍,文化队伍的建设是社会主义文化大发展和大繁荣的关键。基于此,笔者首先从三方面提出人才队伍建设的关键作用即:文化人才队伍决定文化发展大繁荣、文化人才队伍提高先进文化传播力、文化人才队伍促进文化产业的发展。之后从四方面明确指出加强文化人才队伍建设对策即:贯彻党管人才原则;完善文化人才政策,创新人才工作格局;深化文化领域各项改革;创新完善文化人才培养机制。
The great prosperity and development of socialist culture is a key issue in our society. As long as the culture of the entire people is flourishing, the cause of socialism will flourish. Therefore, we must establish a contingent of cultural talents and the building of a cultural contingent is the key to the great development and prosperity of the socialist culture. Based on this, the author first puts forward the key role of talent team construction from three aspects: cultural talent team determines the prosperity and development of culture, cultural talent team enhances the advanced cultural communication ability, cultural talent team promotes the development of cultural industry. After that, it clearly pointed out from four aspects that the measures to strengthen the construction of cultural talent team are as follows: implement the principle of governing party personnel; improve the policy of cultural personnel and innovate the work pattern of qualified personnel; deepen various reforms in the field of culture; innovate and perfect the cultivation mechanism of cultural talents.
