研究了Zn-25%Al-X%Cu合金的力学性能和在油润滑条件下的耐磨性。研究发现,随着Cu含量升高,该合金的抗拉强度逐渐升高,并在Cu含量达到6.64%时达到最大值369MPa;伸长率在Cu含量为2.24%时达到最大值14.1%,Cu含量超过2.24%后,随Cu含量升高,延伸率逐渐下降;硬度的变化与伸长率的变化相反,Zn-25%Al-2.24%Cu的硬度最低(HB98)。在Zn-25%Al-0.62%Cu合金的枝晶间未见到ε(CuZn4)相,随着Cu含量升高,合金中的ε相增多,其耐磨性逐渐升高。
The mechanical properties and wear resistance of Zn-25% Al-X% Cu alloy under oil lubrication conditions were studied. The results show that with the increase of Cu content, the tensile strength of the alloy increases gradually and reaches 369 MPa when the Cu content reaches 6.64%. The elongation reaches the maximum when the content of Cu is 2.24% 14.1%. When the content of Cu exceeds 2.24%, the elongation decreases gradually with the increase of Cu content. The hardness of Zn-25% Al-2.24% Cu is the lowest (HB98). There is no ε (CuZn4) phase in the dendrite of Zn-25% Al-0.62% Cu alloy. With the increase of Cu content, the ε phase in the alloy increases, and the wear resistance increases gradually.
