利用新技术优化铸造装备,提高其自动化、集成化是装备技术发展的重要方向。为实现装备的开发与创新,探讨了实验环境下工业物联网在铸造装备自动化中的应用。以压铸及其辅机自动化流程为例,首先将工艺流程等效为实验环境中的可控量,然后建立虚拟压铸过程的物联网示教框架,最后设计了该框架下虚拟工艺及其自动化。结果表明,实验环境可实现大型铸造装备的开发与创新,并且工业物联网的应用能提高铸机整体的自动化和集成化水平。
The use of new technologies to optimize casting equipment, improve its automation, integration is an important direction for the development of equipment technology. In order to realize the development and innovation of equipment, the application of industrial internet of things in the automation of foundry equipment under the experimental environment was discussed. Taking the die-casting and its auxiliary automation process as an example, the process flow is equivalent to the controllable quantity in the experimental environment. Then the IoT teaching framework of the virtual die-casting process is established. Finally, the virtual process and its automation are designed. The results show that the experimental environment can realize the development and innovation of large-scale foundry equipment, and the application of industrial internet of things can improve the automation and integration of the whole casting machine.
