长期以来,关于亲肝毒物中毒性肝损害机制的研究由于其在理论上和实践中的重要性,一直深受人们的重视。近年在这方面的研究已取得了很大进展,提出了许多学说,但其中主要是三大学说,即脂质过氧化(Lipid peroxidation,LPO)学说、共价结合学说和细胞内Ca~(2-)平衡紊乱学说。这些机制的深入研究有力地推动着肝脏毒理学的发展,为预防、诊断和治疗中毒性肝损害开辟了广阔前景。
For a long time, due to its importance in theory and practice, the research on the mechanism of toxic liver damage caused by hepatotoxicity has drawn great attention. In recent years, great progress has been made in this field and many theories have been put forward. However, three major theories are put forward, namely, the theory of Lipid peroxidation (LPO), covalent binding theory and intracellular Ca ~ (2) -) Balance disorder theory. In-depth study of these mechanisms has strongly promoted the development of liver toxicology and opened up broad prospects for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of toxic liver damage.
