经皮应用低频率治疗部分或暂时去神经的横纹肌,被广泛用于预防及治疗肌萎缩。由于平滑肌细胞的高度退变性,这种方法也可用于治疗部分去神经的平滑肌退变性疾病。本文目的是评价低频电流经皮应用于阴茎海绵体是否对治疗阳萎有效。 在详细检查后,21例慢性勃起障碍(20/21血管活性药无反应)每天接受3~5次2分钟FEMCC,(零线不规则四边形的对称脉冲,双通道装置交替刺激,通道Ⅰ频率=10~20Hz,通道Ⅱ为20~35Hz,ti=100~150μS,约12mA,提升时间0.5秒,刺激时间每通道5秒,刺激间停顿0.5秒)。
Percutaneous application of low-frequency treatment of partially or temporarily denervated striated muscle, is widely used to prevent and treat muscle atrophy. Due to the highly degenerative nature of smooth muscle cells, this approach can also be used to treat partially denervated smooth muscle degenerative diseases. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate whether low frequency current transdermal application to the penis is effective in treating impotence. After a detailed examination, 21 patients with chronic erectile dysfunction (20/21 vasopressor no response) received 3 to 5 2-min daily FEMCCs (symmetrical zero-line symmetrical quadrilateral pulse, two-channel device alternating stimulation, channel I frequency = 10 ~ 20Hz, channel II is 20 ~ 35Hz, ti = 100 ~ 150μS, about 12mA, lifting time 0.5 seconds, stimulation time of 5 seconds per channel, stimulus pause 0.5 seconds).
