以7个低芥酸品系和1个高芥酸品种为材料,研究了甘蓝型油菜低芥新品系的性状特点和选择指数。结果表明:①与高芥品种比较,我国目前育出的低芥新品系,其单株角果数已不是制的产量的主要矛盾,而真正的限制性因素是单果粒重。②根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重在遗传上与单株产量呈极显著正相关,这些相关关系可在今后的低芥新品系的选择中子以利用。③在以株高、根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重组合成的15个选择指数中,以每果粒数和单果粒重构成的y=0.9665X_6+90.7281X_8最优,相对效率达155.48;以根颈粗、每果粒数和单果粒重构成的y=2.4996X_2+0.8809X_6+85.9038X_8在实践上也有一定的利用价值。这一结果也表明在今后的低芥品系选育中似应加强每果粒数、单果粒重和根颈粗的选择。
Seven low erucic acid lines and one high erucic acid variety were used as materials to study the trait and selection index of new low-gluten lines of Brassica napus. The results showed that: ①Compared with the high-mustard varieties, the current low-mustard new-line breeds in our country are not the major contradiction in yield per plant, but the real limiting factor is the weight of single fruit. ② Root thick, fruit per fruit and single fruit weight genetically and yield per plant was extremely significant positive correlation, these correlations can be selected in the future of new lines of low neutron to use. ③ Among the 15 selection indexes synthesized by recombination of plant height, root and neck, per fruit number and single fruit weight, y = 0.9665X_6 + 90.7281X_8 restructured per fruit number and single fruit weight, the relative efficiency reached 155.48; y = 2.4996X_2 + 0.8809X_6 + 85.9038X_8, which is made up of root and neck coarse, per fruit number and single fruit weight, has some practical value. This result also shows that in future selection of low-germ-line strains, it may be desirable to increase the number of grains per grain, the weight of individual grains and the choice of root-neck coarseness.
