建立了气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)检测高效氯氰菊酯和百菌清在食用菌及其拌料中的残留分析方法.样品经乙酸乙酯提取,十八烷基硅烷(C18)或弗罗里硅土(Florisil)净化后,用GC-ECD检测,外标法定量.结果表明,百菌清和高效氯氰菊酯在0.01—5 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数在0.99以上,在0.01、0.5、5 mg·kg-1等3个添加水平上,百菌清和高效氯氰菊酯在6种基质中的平均回收率分别为77.5%—109.2%、80.9%—101.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为1.2%—11.3%、1.9%—11.8%,定量限均为0.01 mg·kg-1.
A gas chromatographic-electron capture detector (GC-ECD) was developed for the determination of alpha-cypermethrin and chlorothalonil in edible fungi and their spice samples.The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, and octadecylsilane (C18) or Florisil was purified by GC-ECD and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between chlorothalonil and beta-cypermethrin in the range of 0.01-5 mg · L-1 with a correlation coefficient above 0.99 The average recoveries of chlorothalbuterol and beta-cypermethrin in the six substrates were 77.5% -109.2% and 80.9% -101.9% at the three levels of 0.01, 0.5 and 5 mg · kg-1, respectively. The relative standard deviations (RSD) were 1.2% -11.3% and 1.9% -11.8%, respectively. The limits of quantification were both 0.01 mg · kg-1.
