新型手性三齿单噁唑啉配体的合成及其在不对称Michael加成反应中的应用

以吡啶-2,6-二甲酸为原料,经过四步反应以中等产率得到了手性吡啶单噁唑啉配体L1~L6.考察了该类新型配体在1,3-二羰基化合物与β-硝基芳基乙烯的不对称Michael加成反应中的手性诱导能力.当底物为1-氯-2-(2-硝基)苯乙烯时,在-60℃下以三氯甲烷为溶剂,用L5-Ni(ClO4)2.6H2O作为催化剂,得到了87%产率和68%的对映体过量(ee)值,获得了较好的实验结果,扩大了单噁唑啉配体在不对称合成中的应用.
