12月5日,省档案局就湘潭县法院档案被盗和汨罗市火天乡机关档案被烧两起严重违反《档案法》的案件,向全省进行通报。要求全省各级档案部门,档案工作人员吸取教训,消除隐患,确保档案安全。 今年6月16日,湘潭县法院发现1835卷刑事诉讼档案被盗,事发后经县委、县政府组织法院干警、公安干警和档案局的干部100多人连续几个月搜查,找回了950卷,现仍有885卷档案下落不明。同年9月5日,汨罗市火天乡机关发生火灾,乡财政所1984年至1998年9月的会计档案、国土所1747户村户的地籍档案和5卷土地纠纷档
