随着我国教育事业不断快速发展,传统的教育模式已经远远不能够满足现代社会的需要了。与此同时,成人高等教育作为人民群众自我完善的一种重要途径之一,在传统的教学过程之中却并没有得到足够的、应有的重视,而且社会上的人们对于成人教育也依旧存在着一定的偏见,这就严重的影响到了成人教育作用的发挥。针对这样的情况,就需要不断的完善成人高等教育的教育水平,不断的提升成人高等教育机构的教学水平,从而促进成人高等教育机构的成功转型。
