为了贯彻落实党的十五大提出的加快推进国有企业改革的战略任务,必须加强党对国有企业的政治领导。《中共中央关于进一步加强和改进国有企业党的建设工作的通知》指出:“坚持党对国有企业的政治领导,是一个重大原则问题,任何时候都不能动摇。”那么,为什么要坚持党对国有企业的政治领导?在建立现代企业制度中怎样坚持党对国有企业的政治领导?本文拟对这些重大问题加以探讨。
In order to implement the strategic task put forward by the 15th National Party Congress to speed up the reform of state-owned enterprises, it is necessary to strengthen the party’s political leadership over state-owned enterprises. The CPC Central Committee’s Circular on Further Strengthening and Improving the Party’s Construction in SOEs states: “To uphold the party’s political leadership over state-owned enterprises is a major issue of principle and can not be shaken any time.” Why then must the party adhere to the principle of " How to uphold the party’s political leadership over state-owned enterprises in establishing a modern enterprise system? This article intends to discuss these major issues.
