三门峡库区移民遗留问题处理开始实施新的规划。针对生产开发项目实施中存在的问题,提出库区各级移民管理部门要加强项目管理,加大培训力度,全面提高移民生产生活水平,使移民资金充分发挥效益。
Sanmenxia Reservoir resettlement problems left over begin to implement the new plan. In view of the problems in the implementation of production and development projects, it is proposed that the resettlement management departments at all levels in the reservoir area should strengthen the project management and increase the training so as to raise the production and living standards of the resettlers in an all-round way so that the resettlement funds can bring their benefits into full play.
