自2000年霍尼韦尔VNTTM DutyDrive涡轮增压器首次应用开始,至今该技术的使用范围已经覆盖3-14L排量的发动机。该技术经历了数次设计更新,通过持续不断的改进实现了重大的技术升级。随着世界范围内机动车排放法规的日益严格,商用车领域的排放法规已经把目光转移到了NOX、CO、HC和PM。目前,欧洲和美国的法规侧重于降低CO2排放。行业分析师指出,到2020年,新商用车的CO2排放量预计平均减少达20%。实现更高的发动机燃油效率是降低CO2排放最有效的方式和途径,涡轮增压技术则是目前可用的关键支持技术。
Since the first application of the Honeywell VNTTM DutyDrive ™ turbocharger in 2000, the technology has so far covered 3-14L displacement engines. The technology has undergone several design updates and major technology upgrades have been achieved through continuous improvement. With the increasingly stringent vehicle emissions regulations worldwide, emissions regulations in the commercial vehicle sector have shifted their focus to NOX, CO, HC and PM. Currently, the regulations in Europe and the United States focus on reducing CO2 emissions. Industry analysts point out that by 2020, the CO2 emissions of new commercial vehicles are expected to be reduced by an average of 20%. Achieving higher engine fuel efficiency is the most effective way to reduce CO2 emissions and turbo technology is the key enabling technology available today.
