11月18日,在鄯善油田投入开发12周年之际,从采油厂传来的喜讯振奋着奋战在百里油区的吐哈石油人的心。鄯善油田在经历了12年高效开发之后,可望实现硬稳产。鄯善油田是吐哈盆地第一个投入注水开发的特低渗砂岩油田,从1991年6月17日鄯善联合站破土动工到同年11月18日主体工程投运,鄯善油田实现了当年开发、当年建设、当年投产,1993年原油产量达到历史最高水平93万吨。之后油田产量逐年下降,1996年10月进入中含水期,油田含水上升异常,产量递减幅度大。鄯善油田从此进入注水开发阶段,逐步形成了整体压裂改造、高效注水、多种举升方式提液等工艺
