531773 肾移植长期存活者的回顾与分析/赵伟鹏等//上海医学.-1985,8(11).-655～7 报告同种肾移植25例(29次),其中超过3年且至今仍存活者6例,对此6例作一回顾与分析。1.目前大多数学者认为术前输血对移植体存活有益,但本组的资料未能证实输血对移植肾长期存活的作用。2.在免疫抑制药物应用方法与长期存活的关系上,作者认为小剂量组存活率明显优于大剂量组。3.血液白细胞水平与长期存活的关系上,从本组资料看,长期存活受者术前白细胞水平大多在5000以上,而用药后也仍维持在3000以上,这
