选用大耳白家兔100只,分成两部分进行实验。第一部分:封闭“百会穴”对家兔针刺降热效应的影响。实验分为针刺——封闭穴位组,针刺——未封闭穴位组;发热对照组(各组动物耳缘静脉注入含EP的上清液引起发热反应)和空白对照组。第二部分:封闭“百会穴”对家兔发热效应的影响。封闭实验组动物穴位,对照组动物穴位不作处理。两组动物耳缘静脉内均注入含EP的上清液引起发热反应。实验结果发现:针刺发热家兔“百会穴”具有明显的降热作用,但针刺封闭发热家兔“百会穴”基本无降热作用。“百会穴”封闭本身对发热没有任何影响。由此,我们推论:针刺“百会穴”的降热作用与该穴位的神经末梢或感受器受作用有密切关系。
One hundred white rabbits were selected and the experiment was divided into two parts. The first part: the effect of sealing “Baihui” on the heat-reducing effect of acupuncture in rabbits. The experiments were divided into acupuncture-closed acupoint group, acupuncture-unclosed acupoint group, febrile control group (injection of EP-containing supernatant into ear vein of each group to induce fever reaction) and blank control group. The second part: The effect of sealing “Baihui” on fever effect of rabbits. Animals in the experimental group were closed and acupuncture points in the control group were not treated. Animals in both groups were injected with EP-containing supernatant fluid in the ear vein to induce fever. The experimental results showed that acupuncture at the “Baihui” point of rabbits has obvious heat-reducing effect, but acupuncture at the “Baihui” point of the fever-rabbit rabbit has almost no heat-reducing effect. “Baihui” closed itself has no effect on fever. Therefore, we deduced that the heat-reducing effect of acupuncture at “Baihui” has a close relationship with the nerve endings or receptors of the acupuncture points.
