三十年代南京国民政府外贸政策述论

本文对三十年代南京国民政府的外贸政策进行了研究。既肯定了取得的成就,也指出了存在的问题。此时的对外贸易政策仍没有使中国的对外贸易完全进入现代化的轨道。

This paper studies the foreign trade policy of the Nanjing National Government in the 1930s. Both affirmed the achievements made, but also pointed out the existing problems. At this time, the foreign trade policy still fails to completely bring China’s foreign trade into the path of modernization.
