地铁经济的发展与企业人才队伍的建设有直接的关系,因此本文从更新人才培养观念、建立学习型企业、完善企业教育培养体系、优化考核激励机制和实施党风廉政建设几方面着手,提出了加强人才队伍建设的具体方法,为促进地铁的发展增效奠定了坚实的基础。
The development of subway economy is directly related to the construction of enterprise talent team. Therefore, this paper puts forward the following aspects: renewing talent cultivation concept, establishing learning enterprise, perfecting enterprise education system, optimizing examination and incentive mechanism and implementing the building of a clean government. The specific methods for strengthening the construction of qualified personnel have laid a solid foundation for promoting the development and efficiency of the MTRC.
