In the mid-1970s, China imported steel formwork technology from abroad. After more than ten years of use, it formed a relatively complete steel formwork construction process and achieved certain economic results. However, steel templates consume a large amount of steel and are self-contained. These defects are difficult to overcome, which affects the further development of steel formwork technology.
