端正大学生的入党动机,是保证高校学生党员队伍的纯洁性、先进性的重要因素,衡量一名大学生能否成为真正的共产党员的思想基础。但随着中国市场经济的深入发展和经济全球化,小语种专业大学生受所学专业的文化背景和就业前景的影响,入党动机日趋多元化。调查并分析小语种专业大学生入党动机,对于引导小语种专业学生树立正确的入党动机,培养小语种专业社会主义事业合格接班人具有十分重要的意义。
To correct the motivation of joining the university is an important factor to ensure the purity and advancement of college student party members and to measure whether a college student can become the ideological foundation of a true Communist Party member. However, with the further development of China’s market economy and economic globalization, the small language majors are influenced by the professional background and employment prospects of their major and the motivation to join the party is increasingly diversified. To investigate and analyze the motivation of small-language college students to join the party is of great significance to guide students of minority languages to establish correct motivation for joining the party and to cultivate qualified successors for the small-language specialized socialism career.
