在医院后勤管理中干部处于决策、规划、组织指挥协调控制的重要地位。后勤服务的好坏直接影响到医院医疗、教学、科研、预防保健等各项任务的完成。党中央提出干部队伍实现革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化,这是对现代干部素质的高度概括,反映了改革开放的客观需要。根据这一需要,医院后勤各级干部必须具备以下几方面的基本素质。
In the logistics management of hospitals, cadres are in an important position in decision-making, planning, coordination and control of organization and command. The quality of logistics services directly affects the completion of various tasks such as hospital medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, and preventive health care.
