文章通过引证分析指出,传统的情报定义知识说和信息观点皆不能完善地体现情报的本质特点。笔者认为,从信息分类入手,确定情报的属概念应为社会信息;再对社会信息交流系统作目的分析,确定满足社会实际需要(社会效用)是情报的本质特征。
The article points out by citing analysis that neither traditional knowledge definition nor information viewpoint can fully reflect the essential characteristics of intelligence. The author believes that starting from the classification of information to determine the concept of intelligence should be social information; then the purpose of social information exchange system analysis to determine the actual needs of the community to meet (social utility) is the essential feature of intelligence.
