枝气管滴入疗法,是肺結核空洞的有效疗法之一。国內自1952年朱尔梅等报告以来,各地都在采用,并取得了一定的效果。本文根据几年来的实际应用和临床实驗,对鼻导管法中的若干具体問題进行簡短的討論并提出改进意見。
Branch and tracheal instillation therapy is one of the effective treatments for tuberculosis. Since the report by Zhu Ermei in China in 1952, it has been adopted all over the country and achieved certain results. Based on several years of practical application and clinical trials, this article briefly discusses some specific issues in the nasal catheterization method and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
