采用液-液掺杂方式及溶胶-凝胶技术制备出稀土镧掺杂钼粉,经等静压、烧结制成掺镧钼坯。利用XRD、SEM、EDS、TEM等检测手段对不同加工态下材料的组织、形貌及稀土相进行了分析。结果表明:硝酸镧La(NO3)3溶液与仲钼酸铵(NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O溶液发生化学反应生成钼酸镧La2(MoO4)3,经焙解和还原,稀土相以La2O3的形式存在于Mo粉中,并起到细化钼颗粒的作用;烧结成坯后,La2O3弥散分布在钼基体中。
The lanthanum-doped molybdenum powder was prepared by liquid-liquid doping method and sol-gel technique. The obtained lanthanum-doped molybdenum powder was obtained by isostatic pressing and sintering. The microstructure, morphology and rare earth phase of the materials under different processing conditions were analyzed by XRD, SEM, EDS and TEM. The results show that lanthanum molybdate La2 (MoO4) 3 is chemically reacted with La (NO3) 3 solution of ammonium paramolybdate (NH4) 6Mo7O24.4H2O to form lanthanum molybdate La2 (MoO4) 3. Mo powder, and play the role of refinement of molybdenum particles; sintered billet, La2O3 dispersed in the molybdenum matrix.
