随着网络技术和电子政务的日益深化,电子文件、档案逐渐取代传统的纸质文档,渗透进我们的工作、生活。但在我国的信息化进程中,由于电子文件本身具有的特性,其归档和保存还存在一些问题,未形成一套科学、完善的管理体系。本文从当前已归档电子文件管理中存在的问题出发,以法律政策为基石,为深化电子文件体系建设提出建议。
With the deepening of network technology and e-government, electronic documents and archives gradually replace the traditional paper documents and infiltrate into our work and life. However, in the process of informationization in our country, due to the characteristics of electronic documents themselves, there are still some problems in filing and preserving them, and a scientific and perfect management system has not been formed. Based on the problems existing in the archiving of electronic files, this paper takes the legal policy as the cornerstone and puts forward suggestions for deepening the construction of the electronic document system.
