本文闸述了经济合理剥采比的概念,论证了原矿成本比较法确定经济合理剥采比的计算基础及其特定的适用条件,指出计算经济合理剥采比的通式是不存在的,式(2)与式(3)是不能应用的。
This paper describes the concept of economic rationality of deprivation and stripping ratio, and demonstrates that the method of determining the economic rationality of stripping ratio and its specific applicable conditions by comparing with the law of crude cost shows that the general formula for calculating economic stripping ratio does not exist, (2) and (3) can not be applied.
