一、什么是智能大厦近几年来,智能大厦“热”在神州大地已悄然兴起。美国智能型办公楼学会最近给出其定义为“将四个基本要素——结构、系统、服务、运营以及相互间的联系达成最佳组合,确保生产性、效率性及适应性的大楼”。日本智能型大楼专家黑沼清先生则定义为“可自由高效地利用最新发展的各种信息通信没备、具备更自动化的高度综合性管理功能的大楼”。现在比较流行的智能大厦的概念是具有5A(A表示大厦的自动化程度)功能的大厦,5A是指通信自动化CA,办公自动化OA,建筑管理自动化BA,消防自动化FA,安全保卫自动化SA。
