采用脉冲Nd:YAG激光器对Ni60合金粉末进行了单道单层、多道单层的熔覆工艺试验研究。采用单因素试验方法,研究了激光工艺参数(激光功率、扫描速度、离焦量等)对熔覆层尺寸的影响,从而得到了单因素条件下最佳的工艺参数。同时对所形成的熔覆层进行金相组织分析,结果表明:所形成的熔覆层与基体为良好的冶金结合;内部组织由大量的枝晶和等轴晶构成且组织均匀、致密;熔覆层硬度最高达823HV(为基体材料硬度的3~4倍),为激光快速成型零件提供了应用基础。
The pulsed Nd: YAG laser was used to test the Ni60 alloy powder single pass single layer and multilayered single layer cladding. The influence of laser process parameters (laser power, scanning speed, defocusing power, etc.) on the size of cladding layer was studied by single factor test, and the best process parameters under single factor condition were obtained. At the same time, the microstructure of the formed cladding layer was analyzed. The results show that the formed cladding layer is good metallurgical bond with the substrate. The internal structure is composed of a large number of dendrites and equiaxed grains and the microstructure is even and compact. Cladding hardness of up to 823HV (3 to 4 times the hardness of the substrate material), laser rapid prototyping parts provide the basis for the application.
