目的为了进一步提高我院消毒灭菌质量,预防和控制院内感染的发生。方法对医院供应室、手术室、产房、注射室、治疗室、换药室、内镜室的物体表面、医护人员手、内镜(腹腔镜、胃镜、支气管镜、结肠镜)、压力蒸汽灭菌器和使用中消毒剂进行抽样检测。结果共采样481份,合格462份,总合格率为96.05%。压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为100%,使用中消毒剂、内镜、医护人员手、物体表面合格率分别为98.28%、95.45%、93.75%、91.2%。结论该医院消毒总体质量较好,但物体表面和医护人员手消毒效果合格率相对较低,应注意进一步提高。
Objective To further improve the quality of disinfection and sterilization in our hospital to prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods The surface of the hospital supply room, the operating room, the delivery room, the injection room, the treatment room, the dressing room and the endoscope room, the hand of the medical staff, the endoscopes (laparoscope, gastroscope, bronchoscope and colonoscope) Mycoplasma and disinfectant in use for sampling. Results A total of 481 samples, 462 qualified, with a total pass rate of 96.05%. Pressure steam sterilizer pass rate of 100%, the use of disinfectants, endoscopy, medical staff hand, the object surface pass rates were 98.28%, 95.45%, 93.75%, 91.2%. Conclusion The overall quality of disinfection in this hospital is good, but the pass rate of disinfection effect on the surface of the objects and the hand of the medical staff is relatively low, and should be further improved.
