本文调查了生产酚醛树脂和环氧树脂两个使用酚的工厂周围300米内空气酚污染状况,做了酚嗅阈实验,嗅阈值为0.158mg/m~3。酚污染夏季较冬季重。当日平均和一次最大浓度分别为0.018~0.055mg/m~3和0.125~0.155mg/m~3时,对学龄儿童尿酚含量无影响。结合快速推算法和现场实测,建议酚的日平均和一次最高容许浓度分别为0.015mg/m~3和0.045mg/m~3。
This paper investigated the phenolic resin and epoxy resin two phenol plants around the factory within 300 meters of air phenol pollution, made a phenol olfactory threshold test olfactory threshold value of 0.158mg / m3. Phenol pollution is heavier in summer than in winter. The daily average and the maximum concentration were 0.018 ~ 0.055mg / m ~ 3 and 0.125 ~ 0.155mg / m ~ 3 respectively, which had no effect on the urinary phenol content in school-age children. Combined with rapid calculation method and field measurement, it is suggested that the daily average and maximum allowable concentration of phenol are 0.015mg / m ~ 3 and 0.045mg / m ~ 3, respectively.
